One of the greatest challenges when planning our daughter's wedding was
choosing her wedding cake. The bride has a severe allergy to penicillin to
the point that a doctor advised her to avoid dairy because of the
antibiotics routinely given to livestock. This made finding a cake extremely
difficult! Many bakers offered to provide gluten free products. Others
suggested that the guests eat wedding cake while the bride had a cupcake. I
located one baker who could make a dairy free cake, but when we sampled it
was somewhat dry although it was baked that day. We were told that the
wedding cake would be baked a day in advance, making it taste drier than
the sample. Thankfully we learned about Regi and her amazing vegan carrot
cake! The wedding cake was moist, beautiful and delicious! We had cake left
over that remained moist and tasty for days after the reception!

Regi was patient as the bride considered various designs. Her guidance and
expertise were invaluable in finalizing an elegant, beautiful wedding cake.
For the bride and her mother Regi was the answer to a major wedding dilemma!

My husband and I were getting married in Winston-Salem, NC but I was planning my wedding from Texas. We booked our wedding at Graylyn and when I asked Paula who I should choose to do my wedding cake, she immediately responded with "Regi Jones." From the moment I spoke with Regi I knew I could trust her even though I couldn't be there to meet with her. We proceeded with everything over the phone and through email. My wedding day came and I finally had the pleasure to meet Regi and see her amazing work. "Regi Originals truly helped to make our wedding extra special! We had wedding cupcakes for our guests, and they were an absolute hit! We had cupcake 'take home' boxes available because we gave everyone two generous cupcakes for dessert. However, we never even needed the boxes because every guest ate both cupcakes right then and there! Regi also made us a little cake that was placed on top of a lovely, crystal, tiered cupcake display--we're saving this little cake for our one year anniversary!
